Relaxed, Organic Wedding at the Burr Mansion - Lauren & Chad

Lauren and Mike were wed at the enchanting Burr Mansion in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Lauren loves greenery and when she came to us wanting to do an all greenery event I got really excited! The challenge was utilizing greenery in a fresh way that wasn’t too “rustic.”

I had so much fun coming up with a custom blend of greens for their wedding including various ferns, ruscus, and eucalyptus.

These pampas grass baskets added to the organic and natural vibe.

The tables and poles in the reception tent were adorned with greenery.

Smile! These two pooches look so happy to be a part of the couples special day.

For the bride's bouquet we added some extra special elements such as bridal wreath spirea and dainty white astrantia flowers.

Her bridesmaids wore satin gowns in shades of nude and beige so we wanted their bouquets to have some personality

Couples love Burr Mansion because it has a classic, New England vibe with a simple garden for their ceremony and a cozy platform reception tent for receptions. We love working here too because it's a wonderful blank slate for many different types of weddings and they are so easy to work with!
