Jessica and Todd met online and bonded over a love of cocktails and culture.
The color palette started with a love of orange and evolved to include shades of purple, yellow, and turquoise. The decor was Mexican and Indian influenced.
This wedding was filled with lots of quirky touches and was truly an expression of their tastes. From Jessica’s chic orange jumpsuit to songs from A$AP Rocky and Taylor Swift playing during the ceremony to the names of cocktails on the reception tables, everything was so unique.
It was a delightful summer morning at Interlaken Inn and then just moments before the bride was supposed to climb aboard her horse-drawn carriage a monsoon of rain arrived. There was a bit of a scramble to get the ceremony site dried off, but the sky cleared and the couple were able to exchange vows with a beautiful blue sky in the backdrop.
I loved the carnation garlands we created for their ceremony chuppah. Our whole team gathered together to sew them up the week before the wedding and it was such a fun, airy backdrop to the beautiful lake.
We were referred to Jessica & Todd by the lovely Sarah Brehant of Sarah Brehant Events. Anytime we get to work with Sarah I know that we’ll get to have loads of creative freedom
