Ciara and Ryan were wed at Stonehurst Mansion in Hampton Valley.
Ciara and Ryan wanted to embrace the raw, rustic nature of January. They chose a moody palette of black, cognac brown, plum, and peachy-beige.
I adore these fur capes paired with the sandy silk bridesmaids dresses. They look like killer divas in these portraits in the front hall.
These were some of my favorite centerpieces because we were able to use such a unique blend of materials. Things like navy privet berry and pussy willow branches mixed with tulips and hyacinth.
I had experience working at Stonehurst before and I knew the pipe arbor they had was quite tall. Because we wanted to have guests focus their attention down at the couple, I advised creating a floral installation that grew up from the bottom. I think it was understated and modern and the perfect backdrop for their ceremony
There were flurries on this overcast day in Hampton Valley, but inside the lodge it was cozy as could be. I love getting to see a venue in the light of a different season and Stonehurst fit the bill perfectly for a wintery fete. The bridal party and guests alike were ready to shake off the winter blues and enjoy an evening of fun.
